Waterbeds
Unless otherwise legally allowed we do not permit waterbeds in any units we own and rent/lease. In the rare circumstances where a medical provider has recommended or prescribed you to use such a bed, please bring these concerns to us before purchasing any such bed. If a legally permissible exclusion applies we will amend your lease in writing to allow for this. Where legally permissible, you may be required (if allowed in your state) to carry additional renters insurance.
Trampolines
Unless otherwise legally allowed we do not permit trampolines to be used or set up on any property we own and rent/lease.
Commercial Activities
Business activities may not be conducted in any units we own and rent/lease out unless the building’s lease states otherwise.
Non-Running Vehicles
All motor vehicles parked on buildings we rent/lease must be registered and operable.
